The best solution I have found.

Simply the best solution I have found. 120 volt, easy plug in, easy to extend cables with some butt connectors and extra wire, well made, the kit comes with a nice assortment of screws, adhesive strips ( difficult to remove backing). Some flickering on extreme low dimming. They often sell out, get them when you can. I have 4 sets in my home.
